Gross Winners 2023
Wendy Briggs & Jan Harrison (St Enodoc GC)
Many thanks to Long Ashton Golf Club for being such excellent hosts. Despite playing a slightly altered course due to some irrigation works the Club looked after us exceedingly well, with County Delegate Andrea White on starting duty to Jon White helping to navigate players between the re-routed holes. Lady Captain Debbie Rogan also did a stirling job spotting on the tricky 3rd hole. The course was in excellent condition. albeit the recent weather left the players with some tough shots from the rough.

Congratulations to Wendy Briggs and Jan Harrison from St Enodoc GC who won with a gross 78.
2nd Gross were Gill Brown, Burnham & Berrow GC & Amanda Mayne, Salford GC with a gross 80.
3rd Gross were Jane Southcombe, Broadstone GC & Harriet Teversham , Yeovil GC with a gross 81
Best nett went to Paula Crabtree, Bristol & Clifton GC & Louise Church, Henbury GC with a nett 74.
2nd Nett were Catherine Nicholson & Annie Patten from Isle of Wedmore GC with net 76, narrowly beating Karen Rix and Pao Poole from Bristol & Clifton GC also with a nett 76 on count back.
